A person with a BMI of 30 or more is generally considered obese. A person with a BMI equal to or more than 25 is considered overweight.

Obesity not only spoils the shape and size of your body, but it also gives us a bunches of many serious and pain full diseases.

Diabetes.
Diabetes in itself is a fatal disease a person suffering from this disease has faced lots of difficulty in controlling it. According to a latest data released by International Diabetes Federation. Globally an estimated 463 Million adults are living with diabetes and it is prevalence is increasing rapidly. Most of the people who are suffering from diabetes are overweight or obese.

High Blood Pressure.
High blood pressure or Hypertension is one of the serious diseases. In this disease the heart beat increased rapidly and reached dangerous level which is caused heart fail and brain ham rage. High blood Pressure is most common disease in those people who are overweight or obese.

Obesity means overweight and it comes from bad fat, in another word we can say bad fat create high cholesterol in your body.Having more cholesterol in your blood can caused bad fatty deposits in your arteries.We know that  high levels of cholesterol can increase high risk of heart disease and strokes
